Reservation and waiting list

Reservation deposits can be placed on upcoming litters to secure a puppy while waiting for a litter on a waiting list. You can also reserve a puppy following a viewing via photos/videos and video calling of the puppies and parents once born and before 4 weeks of age, this is subject to available puppies after the deposited waiting list applications. Reservation  in person visit only after 4 weeks of age subject to availability of remaining puppies in the litter.

A deposit of £500 will secure your place from reservation waiting list and reserve your puppy until collection day. After receipt of deposit a  reservation form will be completed with details of the puppy and conditions of the deposit. The puppy/place on the waiting list is then secured reserved until collection. Any applications on a waiting list without deposit will be contacted at the same time as everyone waiting after all deposited applications have chosen their puppy.

We will keep you updated on the puppies progress with photos and videos via social media (Facebook, Miss Cavalier king-poo) or whats-app, we allow 1 in person visit per family to visit the pups and parents and ask to have no more than 4 people at one time. This is to avoid over whelming our dogs and pups and help keep them happy and safe. We ask for collection of the pups to be on their collection date at 8 weeks of age this is in the best interest of both the pups and their parents, Should a collection date need to be at later than 8 weeks old we would ask to discuss this prior to reserving. There may be a hold onto fee due to time needed for extra care, feeding and cleaning beyond their collection date. We also ask if a later date is agreed that the remaining balance due is settled on or before their original collection date.

While we cannot predict our litter outcomes we can advise from previous experience. Please note waiting lists are taken for new and upcoming litters within the next 3 months. Inquires further into the future please wait until nearer the time you are looking for before sending your deatils.  

Please note you cannot judge a puppies personality at such a young age even at 8 to 10 weeks old a puppies nature and character is not fully established. A shy quiet/ less confident pup at 8 weeks could end up being lively, noisy, active and dominate at adulthood and vice versed a lively dominate, confident pup may well settle into a relaxed chilled and total lapdog . It is all to do with the pups upbringing/training and new lifestyle he/she will learn within the new home.
