Deposits are fully refundable should the puppy have a condition highlighted at its final veterinary health check to deem the puppy unfit for sale or the breeder Miss Cavalier king-poo rescinds the offer of a puppy.
Deposits are transferred to the next available litter within a 3 month period should the reservations be unable to be for-filled in terms of selecting a certain breed, gender/colour or insufficient puppy numbers per litter. Refunds are non-refundable under any other circumstances.
Deposits are holding fees and confirms commitment from both the buyer and breeder. Deposits hold your place inline on the reservations list and secures your puppy from choosing until collection date.
Puppies are chosen shortly after born in order of the reservation list and collection is between 8 and 10 weeks of age. Deposits do not hold puppies after 10 weeks of age and full balance payment is required at 8 to 10 weeks of age.
